Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to fill out our New Patient Form. To save a bit of time, you can complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
A member of our team will go over your pet's history and discuss their problems with you. You're welcome to ask any questions, and we will devote time to answering them.
Once your pet has been assessed, we will provide you with a diagnosis and treatment options. Your veterinarian will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your pet.
Following your visit, we will prepare a report outlining our diagnosis, our discussion with you, and your pet's treatment plan. We will keep this information on file for reference.

Gluckstadt Animal Hospital is able to offer work-in veterinary appointments, pending doctor approval.
After calling and being approved for a work-in appointment, there will be an additional work-in fee applied in addition to the cost of your pet's appointment and care. This payment is due at the time of service.
A deposit payment is required for all emergency examinations. Once the staff and doctors have examined your pet, an estimate for treatment will be given to you to determine a treatment plan.
If further hospitalization, diagnostics, or surgery are required, a deposit is required upfront, with payment in full due when your pet is discharged.
